Tracy Marshall - President
Tracy Marshall is an Assurance Partner with EY and effective July 1, 2024 will be Country Managing Partner of EY Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean. She brings over 20 years of experience serving clients in the banking and financial services sector as well as retail, distribution and hotel sectors in Barbados and the OECS. She is a member of the People Committee within the EY Caribbean Practice focused on "People First" initiatives including career development and mentorship. She holds a special interest in the areas of sustainability and reporting on such matters as well as supporting and promoting the development our young talented accountants and students.
She was appointed to Council for the first time in 2020 and previously held the positions of Secretary and Vice-President on Executive Council. She is a practising member of the Institute and is currently a member of the institute's Accounting and Auditing Standards Committee.
She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Within the Barbados Chapter of ACCA, she currently holds the post of Employer Advocate. In this role she seeks to bring awareness to employers of the benefits they can derive from not just becoming an ACCA Approved Employer, but to first and foremost sensitize employers to the programmed and the value and benefits the qualification, not just to them but also to their employees.
As it relates to her professional philosophy she believes and practices the words of Maya Angelou "Nothing will work unless you do.".

Damien Skeete - Vice-President
Damien Skeete is a Junior Partner with Skeete Best & Co. and is a former Senior Accountant at KPMG Barbados. Damien is an FCCA, and joined ICAB in December 2012, and was then granted a General Practising Certificate in May 2016.
Damien has been the ACCA International Assembly Representative for Barbados since 2018, and was appointed to ICAB’s Council for the first time in 2019. Damien is a member of ICAB's FutureTec Committee. Damien is an avid sports enthusiast, representing his club team in Barbados’ First Division Basketball League.

Ricaido Jennings
With over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance most in senior positions, Ricaido Jennings brings varied knowledge and experience from a diverse background. Ricaido began his career in his native Trinidad and Tobago with PwC spending 10 years between their Trinidad, Barbados and London offices. He has worked in several industries including Manufacturing, Financial Services and Hospitality. He has also served in senior management positions in the financial services sector and electricity sector.
Ricaido has been the Director Finance of The Barbados Light & Power Company Limited (“BLPC”) for over 5 years. In this position he is a member of the Company’s Executive with direct responsibility for leadership of over 60 dedicated professionals that make up the Finance Department which includes financial planning, reporting and analysis; treasury management; supply chain management and customer care. He also serves as a non-executive director of Dominica Electricity Services Limited and is a member of their Audit Committee.
Prior to his appointment at BLPC, Ricaido was the Senior Financial Officer at the CIBC FirstCaribbean International bank in Barbados. He is a Fellow of the ACCA and has completed specialised training in utility regulation and advance public utility accounting.
Ricaido has been a member of ICAB’s Accounting and Auditing Standards Committee for over 8 years and currently serves as Deputy Chairperson.

Sirpaul Jaikaran - Treasurer
Sirpaul Jaikaran joined the Barbados office of PwC East Caribbean over 15 years ago from Guyana. He has over 18 years of audit and assurance experience in various industries. His primary role is providing assurance services to clients in the Private Clients space with a focus on hospitality. Prior to joining the Barbados office, he was part of the assurance team with a firm in Guyana.
He is a key driver in the adoption of new technologies in data analytics and visualisations to improve efficiencies and quality at PwC East Caribbean. Sirpaul’s experience in hospitality, construction, manufacturing, retail and distribution and other sectors brings a wealth of knowledge which provides clients and teams with strong leadership.
He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados, a practising member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados and holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Accounting from the Oxford Brookes University. He currently serves as a member of ICAB’s FutureTec Committee.

Darshani Workman - Immediate Past President
Darshani Workman is Manager of Deloitte and Touche Barbados and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Darshani was admitted to ICAB in 2008 and elected to Council in May 2017. She has served on the Continuing and Professional Development (CPD) Committee and the 2013 ICAC Conference Planning Committee. Darshani is a member of ICAB's Legislation Committee.
Darshani spent her early career in the nascent information technology industry in Guyana and then 11 years in Barbados in the luxury Real Estate & Hospitality related industries. Her focus was on accounting and taxation for International Business Companies, External Companies, Hotels and Property Owners Association.
Cognizant of her civic duties and importance of giving back, Darshani sits on the Audit and Finance Committee of Optimist International, is an Ambassador of ACCA and previously, a founding member of the Students' Services Council in Guyana while an ACCA student.

Shirlyne Alexander
Shirlyne Alexander is an Assurance Partner PwC East Caribbean. She became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados (ICAB) in November 2007 and is a Practising member of ICAB as well as a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
Shirlyne has significant experience in a wide cross section of industries with specialisation in insurance. Her client portfolio has included the largest life insurer and the largest general insurer within the Caribbean. She has led and advise on audits of both public and private entities for the past 18 years. She provides inspirational leadership, quality audits and successful wins in transitioning clients with new accounting standards, which promotes the firm’s values to all stakeholders.
Shirlyne is currently the Chairperson of the Admissions Committee.

Clarke is the Finance and Administration Manager at West Indies Rum Distillery.
Stacy-Ann
became a member of ICAB in 2010 and is a fellow of Association of Chartered
Certified Accountants (FCCA) as well as a fellow of Institute of Chartered
Accountants of Barbados (FCA).
Stacy-Ann
has experience in various industries but for the past eleven years,
manufacturing has been her passion. Her portfolio also includes Human Resources
and many other cross sections within the organization which has taken her to
France and Jamaica to work closely and foster synergies within the group of
companies.
Stacy-Ann
is currently vice-chairperson of the Communications Committee and a former
member of Member Services where she has volunteered to organize many
accountant’s week activities.
Stacy-Ann
is an avid sports enthusiast and can be seen at many sporting activities
including tennis, basketball and weightlifting.

Nikita Estwick
Nikita Estwick is the Multi-Property Director of Finance for the Elegant Hotels Group and has 12 years of experience within the financial field. In this role, Nikita has responsibility for the overall leadership and day-to-day finance function of the Elegant Hotels Group. She became a member of ICAB in 2018 and is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Nikita holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of the West Indies and also holds a MBA in Investment Banking from the London School of Business and Finance.
Nikita currently serves as a Director of both Caribbean International Airways Limited a (CIAL) and Caribbean Aircraft Holdings Ltd. (CAH) and is also Chair of the Audit and Finance Committee.
Nikita is currently a member of the ICAB's By-Law Review Committee.

Marilyn Husbands
Marilyn Husbands is a Partner in Tax at EY. She became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados (ICAB) in April 2001 and is a Practising Member of ICAB as well as a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). Marilyn was first elected to Council in 2019. She is currently the Deputy Chairman of ICAB's Taxation Committee having served on that committee since 2012 and a member of the Legislation Committee.
Marilyn has over 24 years in the provision of audit and tax services in the financial services, retail, manufacturing, distribution, banking, insurance, hospitality and telecommunication sectors in Barbados and the OECS. She is a Certified Learning Leader in the EY Caribbean practice where she focuses on developing the knowledge and expertise of professionals across varying levels and backgrounds.

Fiona Jones
Fiona Jones currently works for the Government of Barbados as the Financial Controller of the Customs and Excise Department. This year will mark 20 years of service to government however Fiona hails from the private sector, where she garnered her foundational knowledge and attributes.
This past student of the Lodge School graduated with honours from the University of the West Indies (UWI), with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Economics. She also holds an Executive Diploma in Management from UWI, is a Chartered Professional Accountant, has a Master of Business Administration and was recently awarded the designation of Fellow Chartered Accountant by ICAB.
Fiona has always had a general love for volunteering and this love has led her to assuming the Presidency of the Kiwanis Club of Pride of Barbados and further becoming a Distinguished Secretary of the Kiwanis’ Division 27 – Eastern Canada and Caribbean. It is therefore no surprise that she volunteered to serve as a member of ICAB’s Public Sector and Member Services Committees from 2020 and a member of the Member Services Committee.

Roland Jones*
Roland Jones is Managing Director and Founder of the Axebridge Group. Roland has more than 30 years of experience in the areas of Banking, Trusts, Wealth Management and International Financial Services. Roland is a trust professional, a chartered accountant and banker and sits on the board of Axebridge Group of companies and several private international business companies. He is a member of Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia (CPABC) formerly Certified General Accountants of Canada (CGA), the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados (ICAB), the Institute of Canadian Bankers (ICB), the International Fiscal Association and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Roland is a past Chair of STEP, past Chair of STEP Caribbean and Latam Regional Committee and past Council member of STEP worldwide.
Roland is currently the Chair of ICAB's Legislation Committee.

Roger Kirton
Roger Kirton is a Senior Manager, Deal Advisory at KPMG. Roger has approximately 14 years of professional experience with KPMG in Barbados, with five years spent providing audit and assurance services and nine years spent within the Deal Advisory practice, specialising in complex valuations, transactions services, mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance. He has provided these services for clients in Barbados and throughout the eastern Caribbean.
Roger has been a member of ICAB since July 2012 and is a member of the Association of Chartered Professional Accountants, CPA (Canada), a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, FCCA (UK), a member of the Institute of Chartered Business Valuators, CBV (Canada) and a Capital Markets and Securities Analyst (CMSA) of the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI) (Canada).
Roger has worked across a wide range of industries that include: government and not-for-profit organisations, banking, insurance, telecommunications, retail, hospitality, tourism and leisure, oil and gas, government and not-for-profit organisations. He has been able to gain a wealth of technical experience through his leadership role on the engagements in these sectors
Roland is currently a member of ICAB's Nominations Committee.

Khalil Patel
Khalil Patel became a Member of ICAB in 2018 where he served on the Communications Committee during 2018 and 2019. In the same year he became a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Khalil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, and an Associate Degree in Accounting and Economics from the Barbados Community College. Khalil’s academic and professional qualifications are buttressed by his 10-year professional experience stint with BDO Barbados and at BDO Canada, Vancouver Office. During his tenure he has worked on a range of accounting, auditing, and tax engagements.
He is currently holding the position of Assistant Manager at BDO Barbados. Over these years at BDO Barbados and Canada he has become a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional with verifiable knowledge in finance and business analysis allied to hands-on practical work experience. His exposure in numerous sectors including International Business, Hospitality, Retail & Distribution and Construction & Development, Municipality and Not-for-Profit entities have expanded his knowledge and experience.
In his current position at BDO Barbados, Khalil also assists in the mentorship of staff.
As an avid youth professional advocate, Khalil served as a Council Member of the Barbados Youth Development Council for a period of 2 ½ years. In addition to this, at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, he was the first elected President of the Accounting Students Association and Vice President of the UWI Social Sciences Society. Khalil is a keen business enthusiast and avid reader, who enjoys researching topics which are relevant to his profession as well as
topics which pique his interest. He considers it an honour and privilege to be elected as a Member of the ICAB Council.
Khalil is currently a member of ICAB's Education & Student Services and Communications Committees.

Wendell Scantlebury
Wendell has been working in the accounting and field for over 15 years, gaining experience in various sectors such as retail, manufacturing and service provision. He started in ICAB as a student member before transitioning to full membership in 2016 and contributed to ICAB's Hikes & Walks Panel from 2017 to 2018.
Wendell believes strongly that the adoption of available technology is critical for the continued success of any organisation and is championing ICAB's focus on this area and using social media to form a bond with its members and make communication easier. Wendell also believes that no knowledge is lost when it is shared and loves to share his experience and knowledge with others in all seeking to enhance everyone's skill set.
Wendell is currently the Deputy Chair of ICAB's Education & Student Services Committee.

Kim Sealy*
Kim Sealy is a Financial Controller in the Public Sector and the Chairperson of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados (ICAB) Public Sector Committee. During her 26 years within the public sector, Kim has used her accounting knowledge to assist other public sector entities transform their accounting operations. She has functioned as a Project Manager, the Lead for IT and General Accounting audits. Ms. Sealy has a unique blend of ICT, Project Management, Strategic Management and Finance skills which makes her an exceptional candidate for ICAB’s council. Kim is currently the Barbados delegate for the General Council of West Indies Cricket Umpires’ Association (WICUA), and she played a pivotal role in assisting in the design of the financial framework for WICUA as a member of its Finance/Budget Committee. When she is not working in the world of finance, she is a singer who performs solos at concerts, a level III cricket umpire who sits on the Executive Committee of Barbados Cricket Umpires’ Association and a preacher. For fun, she is entertained by listening to all of genres of music, watching dramas and ReelShort.
Ms. Sealy is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados. Ms. Sealy holds a Master of Arts in Banking and Finance from Sheffield Hallam University, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of the West Indies – Cave Hill Campus. She gained a Certificate in Digital Innovation for Finance (CertDIF), and Certificate in Contemporary Project Management (CertCPM). Kim is currently the Chairperson of ICAB's Public Sector Committee.
