• To Improve and expand the benefits to be derived from membership of ICAB through the provision of additional services.
• To monitor the quality of service provided to members through conducting member needs surveys and developing solutions to the needs identified.
• To coordinate the annual celebration of Accountants Week and other networking/social activities.
