Terms of Reference

• To hear and determine any appeal by a member from a decision of the Disciplinary Committee in accordance with the ICAB By-laws and the ICAB Disciplinary Regulations

MEMBERSHIP OF THE COMMITTEE

The Committee must comprise od 5 persons subject to the following:

• The chairman must be an Attorney-at-Law admitted to practice in Barbados for a period of no less than seven (7) years.
• A minimum of one (1) lay-person must be appointed.
• Members of Council are prohibited from serving on this committee.
